It should be read alongside our Terms of Service, which set out the nature of the pre-owned and vintage goods we sell. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy outlined below:

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of cleared payment. During busier periods or peak demand, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail. Our standard shipping service is Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an express option available via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

In certain circumstances, alternative couriers may be used to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and destination of your order.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. It is your responsibility to monitor the progress of your delivery using the information provided.

Risk and Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to you upon confirmed delivery. While we are not responsible for items once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, we encourage you to contact us if any issues arise, and we will do what we reasonably can to assist.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Failed Delivery and Returns to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to require payment of additional shipping costs before re-dispatch. Alternatively, the order may be cancelled and refunded, less the original shipping cost.

Multiple Shipments

In most cases, orders are shipped in a single package. However, in certain circumstances, particularly for larger orders, items may be dispatched in multiple shipments.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer standard international shipping. We are aware of and appreciate the demand from customers outside the United Kingdom.

In limited circumstances, we may facilitate international orders on a case-by-case basis. Where this applies, additional shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes may be payable by the customer.

Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to postal disruptions, industrial action, adverse weather conditions, or courier-related issues.

Lost Or Delayed Orders

If you believe your order has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe from the expected delivery date so that we can investigate with the carrier.
