Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

All items sold through our website are pre-owned, vintage, and secondhand goods. This section is important and forms a material part of our agreement with you.

Pre-owned, vintage, items may show signs of wear, including fading, pilling, shrinkage, minor marks, or other characteristics consistent with age and prior use. These features are inherent to second-hand goods and do not, in themselves, constitute defects. Condition details are provided in good faith based on reasonable visual inspection. We recommend reviewing all images carefully and contacting us with any questions prior to purchase.
2.2 Materials & Composition
We specialise in sourcing pre-owned and vintage garments. As such, we did not manufacture the items we sell and cannot verify or guarantee the exact materials, fibres, dyes, coatings, or treatments used in their production.
Some pieces may have been made using materials or processes that were standard at the time, but may not align with current UK or international regulations.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:
(A) We are unable to independently verify the precise composition or manufacturing details of any item;
(B) We do not represent that items meet current product safety, textile labelling, or regulatory standards;
(C) Vintage garments may contain materials or treatments that are now restricted or no longer used, which we have no reasonable means of identifying;
(D) You are purchasing based on the item’s description and visible condition, and accept the inherent uncertainty that comes with vintage and pre-owned clothing.
2.3 Sizing & Fit
Vintage sizing rarely aligns with modern standards. Label sizes are provided as a reference only.
Where possible, we provide measurements to help guide fit, though slight variation may occur depending on how a garment sits or stretches.
We recommend comparing measurements carefully before purchasing, as we cannot guarantee fit based on label sizing alone.
2.4 Allergies & Sensitivities
If you have known allergies or sensitivities to certain materials, dyes, or treatments, we recommend taking this into consideration before purchasing.
As with all vintage clothing, we suggest laundering items before first wear.
We cannot accept responsibility for any allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from items purchased.
3. Pricing Modifications and Availability
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged at this time. Should this change, prices will be updated accordingly.
Prices may change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct it prior to dispatch. If this occurs, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the revised price.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion. Payment is processed securely at checkout via our payment processor. A contract between you and us is formed only upon our confirmation of dispatch, not at the point of order placement.
5. Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of cleared payment. During busier periods or holidays, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Full details can be found in our Shipping Policy. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders and can be found in your order conformation email.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 are not affected by these Terms. Full details on how to exercise these rights can be found in our Refund Policy.
As we specialise in vintage and pre-owned clothing, general signs of wear or condition characteristics that are clearly shown or described at the point of sale are not considered grounds for return under our policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Limitation Of Liability
7.1
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter which it would be unlawful to limit or exclude.
7.2
Subject to clause 7.1, and to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law:
(a) We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from characteristics inherent to the pre-owned and vintage nature of goods, including deterioration, wear, the presence of unknown materials, or non-compliance with current regulatory standards of which we had no knowledge and no reasonable means of discovering;
(b) We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or adverse consequence arising from materials, substances, dyes, treatments, or manufacturing processes used in any item, where such matters were not within our knowledge and could not reasonably have been ascertained by us through ordinary inspection;
(c) We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, or loss of opportunity;
(d) Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid by you for the item(s) in question.
7.3
You acknowledge that in setting prices and selling pre-owned vintage goods, we have relied on the limitations set out in this clause. These limitations are reasonable given the nature of the goods, the impossibility of full verification of pre-owned items, and the commercial context of a vintage resale operation.

All content on this website - including text, imagery, branding, and design - is owned by or licensed to Generation Mulligan Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
